•  Acquired the business of the Indian branch of Redington Pte Limited, Singapore.
• Commenced distribution operations in Information Technology products.
• Commenced branch operations in Western and Southern India.
• Commenced distribution of Hewlett Packard IT products

• Commenced distribution of Epson and Tripplite IT products
• Commenced service operations for IT products
• Commenced distribution of Samsung monitors
• Commenced operations in Northern India

• Tied-up with Microsoft for distribution of software products

• Redington Gulf FZE was setup as a subsidiary by Redington Mauritius Limited for catering to Middle East and African markets.
• CRISIL rated the short term debt programme of the Company as P1(Degree of safety is strong).
• Installed John Brown and Associates (JBA), an ERP solution, for distribution.

•  Moved into Value Added Distribution space.
• CRISIL upgraded the ratings as P1+(Degree of safety is very strong) for the short term debt programme of the company

•  Commenced call centre operations for servicing Compaq’s Presario range of products

•  Commenced distribution and servicing of Motorola mobile phones

• Synnex Mauritius Limited, part of Synnex Group, made a strategic investment and acquired 36% shareholding in the Company.
• Acquired Redington Gulf FZE

• Acquired Redington Distribution Pte. Ltd.
• Acquired Cadensworth India Limited 
• Ventured into Non Information Technology Space. 
• Commenced distribution of consumer durable products

• ChrysCapital, a well known Private Equity fund, acquired 11 percent stake through their investment company Beethoven Limited, Mauritius.

• Company’s shares got listed in the bourses of National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited
• Started the distribution of the Apple range of products during the year.
• Set up High Level Repair Centres at Chennai.

• Rated as 55th amongst top global tech companies and ranked global number 3 for total return to shareholders,  by  BusinessWeek USA 
• Acquired Easyaccess financial services and forayed into financing activities.
• Investcorp invested USD 65 million in the company’s MEA operations.
• Started the distribution of BlackBerry Smartphones 
• Ventured into remote management and facility management services.

• Automated Distribution Center becomes operational in Chennai.
• Foray into 3PL/4PL services.

• Invested in a 49.4% stake in Arena through its Overseas Subsidiary.
• Started micro distribution of IT  through Nook Distribution. 
• TUV NORD awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for Chennai ADC
• TUV SUO Management Service GmbH has awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for providing Support Services.

• Standard Chartered Private Equity acquired 11.99% stake in Redington India.
• Entered into a Strategic relationship with EMC for distribution of their storage products through Cadensworth.

• Consolidated its shareholdings in its MEA operations.
• Started carrying out Supply Chain Management business independently, through a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Limited.
