Nook essentially caters to the last mile distribution and addresses the needs of partners with small value billings. The Company has presence in the four southern states of India – Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka and currently has partners in 200+ towns across these states.

Cadensworth (India) Limited (Cadensworth) a wholly owned subsidiary, operates as an end to end Parts Supports Services Provider. Cadensworth is currently authorised by several well known vendors. The range of services offered includes parts import, warehousing, forward and reverse parts logistics support and a centralised repair center for recovery of parts and re-export where required. Cadensworth has been certified ISO 9001:2008. Cadensworth began its journey in the distribution business with strategic relationship with EMC and will focus on taking to market newer and higher-value technologies.

Easyaccess Financial Services, the finance arm of Redington, provides extended finance to the channel partners for them to not only carry on their trade, but also to grow their business while ensuring better margins for your Company at the same time. Over the years, Easyaccess channel financing to the IT eco-system has gained significant traction bringing considerable financial discipline amongst the channel partners. With an Independent professional team, Easyaccess also pursues financing the third-party corporates. While venturing into this business has reduced Easyaccess’s dependence on Redington / Redington’s customers, it also offers an attractive interest spread. Easyaccess has run quite successfully its first four years of operations without any non-performing assets, which is a commendable achievement and still have grown their revenue and profits year on year.

To capitialise on the growth opportunities available in the supply chain solution arena, supply chain activities are carried out through ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. ProConnect focuses on the opportunities in the fast growing Third Party Logistics (3PL) and is a neutral logistics service provider.

Redington International Mauritius Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle and holds investments in Redington Gulf which is an operating company with operations in Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) markets.

Redington Distribution Pte Ltd (RDPL) is engaged in the business of distribution of information technology products. RDPL along with its subsidiaries encompasses South Asian region such as Singapore, Srilanka, Bangladesh, etc

Arena serves to more than 7,500 resellers and 400 suppliers and is ideally structured to support clients with products in a wide range of industries including IT, telecommunication and consumer electronics. Established in 1991, the company’s shares are being traded in the Istanbul Stock Exchange since November 2000. Arena, is in many ways similar to Redington particularly in the way they conduct their business, in their evolution and in the values they embrace.
